Riding Lessons We offer riding lessons for both children and adults on their own horses. Whether you're aim is to improve your jumping, increase confidence after a bad experience or learn more about how you can influence your horse through your riding - we can help! We prefer to teach through looking at how the horse is going, that way, the rider can understand that by making small adjustments to their position or body language on board what a difference it can make to the horse's way of going. It also relaxes the rider because we are not directly focusing on them. As a working team, we are finding out what works for the horse and rider, to get the best results. With her positive approach and teaching style, Gitte will get you doing things you really didn't think were possible! Lessons can be at your own yard, as long as you have suitable facilities or at Hartsop Farm. Riding lessons are £35 per hour (plus 0.45p per mile travel each way) |
