Corporate/Team building Days Team building days are a great way to boost morale in the work force especially in the current climate.  They also serve a useful way of bonding work forces and point out are strengths, leadership styles and give us greater understanding in how our body language and personal styles can influence different people in different ways dependant on the personality of that person.  How we affect people can give us an opportunity for self reflection. Horses are fabulous for self exploration as horses do not care who you are or where you are from or whether you are wearing the latest ariat boots - they will respond to your body language.  There is no hiding from a horse, they read you better than you read yourself! Springtime Equine can offer your company a tailor made half day or day of interactive and practical exercises involving horses.  Each participant is guaranteed to have a day of fun and self learning in a friendly, professional environment. Lunch and refreshments can be provided and Hartsop Farm provides excellent facilities including a large training/meeting room - great if you want to include a team building morning with a management meeting.
